There were 12 positive cases in quarantine recently recorded in NSW.  In the meantime, Queensland's health authorities are tracking down eight people who may have come into contact with a "superspreader" in hotel quarantine.    There was also a concern that a nurse with a history of a history of severe allergies, had an adverse reaction to the vaccine.

The National Cabinet will be meeting to discuss the course of action to be taken following Italy blocking the shipment of AstraZenca vaccines earmarked for supply to Australia.
