Last Quarter Pageant Fever of 2021

One of the major international events that has put the Philippines in the map are beauty pageants. Currently, the Philippines has not only placed as one of the powerhouse countries of beauty title holders, it is now a source of pageant needs and training tapping our designers in the Philippines and in other locations but also pageant experts who provide training in pageant decorum, question and answer and the deadly “pasarela” or that rhythmic and graceful catwalk during competition – which has turned the standard walk into a performance and a science.

So here’s something for the pageant fans out there to see how are ladies are faring in the international stage of beauty pageants which starts this October. Here’s a list of pageants, dates and venues for you to mark in your calendars.

THE MISS GLOBE 2021 – November 5, Tirana, Albania, Maureen Ann Montagne (Batangas)

MISS EARTH 2021 – (virtual pageant) November 21, Naela Alshorbaji (Paranaque City)

MISS GRAND INTERNATIONAL 2021 – December 4, 2021, Phuket, Thailand, Samantha Alexandra Panlilio (Cavite)

MISS ECO TEEN INTERNATIONAL 2021 – December 2021, Luxor, Egypt, Tatyana Alexi Austria (Paranaque City)

MISS WORLD 2021 – December 16, 2021, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Tracy Maureen Perez (Cebu)

MISS UNIVERSE 2021    -       December 2021, Eliat, Israel, Beatrice Luigi Gomez (Cebu)

This extends to the first quarter with an exciting international pageant: 

 MISS ECO INTERNATIONAL 2022 – March 2022, Egypt, Kathleen Paton (Aklan)

There still are other pageants that still have to announce their finals so keep on to this page for more info. Included in the pageants we have to watch out for in the last quarter of 2021 and 2022 are:

MISS MULTINATIONAL 2021 -  TBA, India, Shaila May Rebortera (Talisay City)

MISS TOURISM UNIVERSE 2021 - TBA, Trisha Martinez (Laguna)

MISS SUPRANATIONAL 2022 – which usually holds its pageant on the third quarter so we’ll see who’s going to follow Dindi Pajares’ (Bataan) steps after her fabulous performance in Poland or probably even bag the crown in 2022.

MISS INTERNATIONAL 2021 – has been cancelled by the organizers in Japan due to COVID-19 issues but was moved to 2022… A bit anti-climactic for our beloved Australian-Filipina Hannah Arnold (Masbate) so we’re tracking her down for an interview about this.
