The Philippine Consulate General Sydney, led by Consul General Ezzedin Tago, Consul Melanie Diano and Consul Emmanuel Guzman, in collaboration with the Tourism Department, will hold in Sentro Rizal at 6pm, tonight, July 24, the fourth cooking demo as part of Langhap Sarap Series as observation of Nutrition Month 2020.
The cooking demo of tonight's dish which is from the Mindanao island will be undertaken by Tourism Attache Ms Norjamin Delos Reyes.
The previous cooking demos were:

#2 - Luzon Dish: Pinakbet
#3 - Visayas Dish - Valeciana
