Radio Tagumpay (RT) has served the Fil-Aus community in the Hornsby - Kuring-gai Shire and the wider community in Australia and around the globe since 2014, on its program on Triple H 100.1FM.   It is one of the language programs which include Filipino, Sri Lankan, Mandarin, Cantonese as well as Farsi and Azerbaijani, in addition to the station’s programs providing mainstream information, news, music and entertainment.

“Tagumpay” is Filipino word for success.  RT goes by the philosophy that success isn't just about what you accomplish in your life; it's about what you inspire others to do.

On June 8, 2022 the weekly two-hour program is moving to a new program slot of Wednesday, 6-8 pm as part of its outreach to a wider audience with listeners who maybe still working being unable to tune in on its previous afternoon time.

RT is popular and highly regarded for being consistently  informative, inspirational and entertaining with its program format and content which include:  interviews by the team of both Fil-Aus achievers and those starting up and pursuing advocacies; recaps of events held in the community; COVID 19 updates by Jesusa Helaratne, Deputy Director of NSW Multicultural Health Communication Service; Filipino news both here and overseas by Fr Elmer Ibarra; Consulate updates by Consul Melanie Diano; Wellness Tips by Brian Lorenz; Money Talk by Michelle Baltazar, Editor in Chief of Money Financial Magazine; Originals Only showcasing compositions by indie artists; information on community events and more.

The RT Team is comprised of Violi Calvert (Producer and co-broadcaster, Freelance Writer); Criz Guce (well-known artist and PRO of Filipino Sports, Arts and Recreation Club (FILSPARC); Rado Gatchalian (poet, writer, speaker and singer); Katherine Co-Elliott, Design Talk interviews and Andrew Russell (Technical and Sound Engineer).   RT was founded by Pin Henry who has been in the Philippines for three years now to support her daughter, RT’s child prodigy Jasmine Henry.

Violi Calvert also has been voted in Triple H Board of Directors, representing Culturally & Linguistically Diverse (CALD) members.

The RT Team wishes to thank its supporters over the years and hopes that they continue tuning in on the new day and time program slot.
