The Philippine Consulate General in Sydney has issued an Advisory on Travel Restrictions on Philippine Bound Foreign Nationals.
Only foreign nationals that fall under the following categories are allowed to enter the Philippines:
1. Accredited foreign government and international organisation officials and their dependents
2. Foreign spouses and children of Filipino nationals
3. Foreign airline crew
