Marites Novis has established herself as a successful businesswoman in the real estate world. She is the founder and driving force behind Qfirst Property Investment Group – the Sydney-based property investment firm committed to guiding and advising clients on strategies of achieving their financial goals through property investments.
Her achievements had been recognised with winning the Business Award by Blacktown City Council, and then more recently being given a Filipino-Australian Excellence Award by FILCAA (Filipino Communities Council of Australia).
Real estate and being a businesswoman are not all of Marites’ passions. She is also a well-known figure in the fashion world. One of her major achievements is bringing to Sydney the world’s top fashion designer, the late Rocky Gathercole to a major fashion show which coincided with the Miss World NSW Finals event in 2017.
So it is not a surprise that now Marites is also devoting some of her attention to her interest in fashion, with the establishment of MNovis boutique.
When asked what inspired her to undertake this endeavour, Marites commented:
“When we started embarking on our real estate journey, I’ve always known that fashion is always at the back of my heads safely stored somewhere in me, waiting to be revealed and worked on. I’ve always been a lover of new trends, the latest styles and even the classic ones that portray a different level of art. This passion for fashion of mine might have been the trigger as to why I’ve decided to take on this journey. A fusion of real estate and fashion, the mix of investment and style, that is my vision.”
