The Australian Filipina is glad to share the news about a special program as part of our offerings for Christmas. Fil-Aus family Ronald and Paola Santiago Llorando and their five lovely daughters Alyssa, Amanda, Alyanna, Samantha, and Patricia will be featured in a special Christmas program on ABC TV.
The family from Hillcroft, Claymore in the south-western Sydney area is part of the ‘Christmas in Australia with Christine Anu’ program which will air on Dec 21st at 8.30pm on ABCTV, and again on Christmas Day at 3pm.
You should find ABCTV if you have free-to-air TV. It will also be available on iView, which you can stream online after it airs on Dec 21.

In their segment, the family shares Filipino culture and traditions of celebrating Christmas back in the Philippines.
Asked what it meant to her and her family, Paola commented: “It was a wonderful experience. Na-stress ako with the interview, hehe, but it was fun with the family everyone took time out to be part of it. But as long as we can contribute to the Filipino community it’s our pleasure. Thanks for connecting us as well.”
What an offering to end the year! I am glad that I was part of the behind the scene arrangements through the invitation of Bettina Johonson Green. The Australian Filipina featured last year the famous Christmas Village of David and Bettina of Northwest.
